Their last saw them win 2-1 against Tottenham last September with goals from Georginio Wijnaldum and Roberto Firmino. It was their first win in five on the ground, following four defeats.

James Milner played for City at Wembley in their defeat to Arsenal in 2014, their win over Chelsea at Villa Park in 2012 and the loss to Manchester United the previous year. He scored 18 goals in 203 appearances for the Citizens.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain played in City’s last Community Shield defeat in 2014 when Arsenal ran out 3-0 winners. He scored the only goal in the Gunners defeat of Chelsea in 2015 and in the penalty shoot-out as they overcame the same opponents 2 years ago.
