SPAL v Lazio LIVE: Line-ups and updates | English News

15 September at 14:55

SPAL will look to get to winning ways in their third game of the season when they host unbeaten Lazio at home on Sunday afternoon.

SPAL are yet to win a single game so far this season, as they lost their first game of the campaign to Atalanta and then lost to Bologna in the second game. Lazio, on the other hand, began their campaign with a win over Sampdoria but were held to a 1-1 draw in the previous game by Roma in the Derby della Capitale.

Here are some stats from the game: (via Whoscored)

It seems clear by now that Federico Di Francesco is expected to play up front more than on the left flank, where Igor is the first option at the moment.

This means even more competition for Alberto Paloschi and Sergio Floccari, since Andrea Petagna should be safe to start.

Coach Simone Inzaghi, who has the whole squad available, will go with his favourite lineup.

Joaquín Correa is expected to play on the same line as Ciro Immobile, while Luis Alberto will act as a link between midfield and attack.
