According to the Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Milan leadership didn’t appreciate Giampaolo’s decision to bench Bennacer in favour of Biglia in the derby. They believe it’s a step back for the Algerian midfielder, given that he played against Brescia and since then has been benched twice.
