Serie A club AS Roma are on the verge of completing the signing of Turkish defender Mert Cetin.
Cetin, who currently plays for Genclerbirligi, will likely join the Giallorossi for a fee of 3.5 million euros; which does not exclude the club’s move for a top defender in addition this summer.
