Milan are ready to offer €20 million euros in cash plus Patrick Cutrone for the Argentine.
The Milanese could now await a response of Lazio president Claudio Lotito who evaluates the 24 year old at 60 million euros.
Correa signed for Lazio from Sevilla last summer for €15 million and scored 9 goals and 7 assists in 44 Serie A appearances.
