After weeks of speculation, Cagliari have officially announced the signing of Radja Nainggolan from Inter. The Belgian arrives on a season-long loan, returning to the club where it all began.
“Welcome back Radja! Cagliari are pleased to announce the signing football player Radja Nainggolan for the 2019/2020 football season. The midfielder arrives from Inter on a loan formula,” the statement read.
