Serie A side Parma are reportedly interested in bringing former Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao to the club this summer.
Coentrao, now 31, left Real Madrid last summer following loan-spells at Monaco and Sporting Lisbon. He joined Rio Ave last summer and made 21 appearances for his hometown club.
Sky Italia claim that Parma are interested in the Portuguese as they want to sign a luxury player and feel Coentrao fits the bill. The presence of Bruno Alves at the club helps them since the two players have shared a dressing room during their time together with the Portuguese national team.
